For private constructors we will take over the entire renovation management in the context of a building recovery, in unison with our sister company www.aibtech.ch, so that you do not need to worry about a thing. From the contractor’s acceptance up to the coordination of measures or replacement measures, we will guide the whole process until the total rectification of defects.
Our sister company aib tech GmbH, which specialises in water damage, will also take over the renovation task for us, with a cap on fees and warranty trusteeship. This also applies to all kinds of damage, including those outside of the "water damage" category. This means for you, as the affected constructor, a much more simplified transaction, high security of costs and great legal certainty, as all processes and sub-processes are performed by proven specialists, culminating in an in-house legal department.
Of course, all tasks shall be approached in a cooperative manner with all those people involved thus far, the necessary professional distance remains observed and the preservation of standards and plans of the purchaser/constructor always remaining in focus. In this way we can guarantee, even with large-scale and comprehensive construction damage claims, a contractual completion in the sense of all those involved.
