Awarding of construction services and their contracts
We will support the constructor even before contract negotiations and the drawing up of contracts and the conclusion of the construction contract. In this we believe ourselves to be above all translators of contracts, in which we highlight possible misunderstandings and mainly translate the contract drafts for the constructor. Points lacking clarity are complemented by suggestions for solutions and clarifications, acceptable to both sides (e.g. by an additional accommodation description).
Thereafter follow the continuous checks on observance of the contractual requirements, whether the arising building actually corresponds to the relevant laws, rules and Agreements.
