Constructor representation & fiduciary construction services
Out-sourcing of responsibility to construction professionals

Constructor representation allows you focus on results-driven decisions
Construction sounds simple. One only needs a piece of land, capital and an architect or general service contractor, and a project can be drawn up and put into action. This impression is, however, false. Building or renovation is a complicated undertaking these days. Nowhere else do so many interest groups coincide. Quicker than you know it, you’re stumbling over hurdles and these hurdles will steadily increase in number and height.
We will support and represent the constructor and move the building project towards the intended goal in all relevant areas.
According to your requirements, as your constructor representative and fiduciary service provider, we will look after your interests during the construction project.
Most importantly here is the representation of the constructor in the project line with the participating planners, contractors and third parties. Thus we can take over the constructor’s tasks, corresponding to the scope defined by the customer. This can start at the planning phase and the planning application process, so that the planning phase is optimised and the contractual basis and implementation description are checked. Furthermore, we will take over the cost controls, the deadline checks, including the construction implementation checks up until acceptance. To add even more value, we will take over the project success management with targeted, positive guidance of the success factors of the construction project and ongoing quality assurance. We will coordinate and guide those involved in the project in a goal-oriented and timely manner in relation to pending issues and deadlines, as well as costs and resources. Apart from these, we will also carry out technical and professional project reviews.
At-a-glance advantages of constructor representation:
- assurance relating to staying inside budget, deadlines and quality standards
- professional project guidance from an independent construction specialist
- architects, general service contractors etc. employed by the constructor have an expert available with whom to hold discussions
In our role as constructor representative, we will safeguard your interests using our professional competence and leadership skills.
